The Sabbadius Black Gold is a very versatile true bypass, analog distortion, and much more than just a ProCo RAT clone pedal. Sabbadius Black Gold goes from a booster passing through "glassy" tones, to a warm overdrive going through a soft clipping distortion, to a hard distortion, until finally reaching the sound of a fuzz, with a ton of sustain! Black Gold is a very versatile distortion, inspired by the famous, vintage ProCo RAT distortion pedal, used by countless artists over many decades.
Sabbadius Black Gold uses the LM308 integrated circuit, just like the old 80s and 90s version of the vintage ProCo RAT distortion pedal. Although it is worth clarifying that the Sabbadius Black Gold is not just a ProCo RAT clone pedal, since it has some modifications made in the tone and distortion control, making Black Gold even more versatile. CONTROLS:

Volume - Controls the output volume of the effect.
- Drive - Controls the amount of drive (saturation) of the effect, which makes it one of the main versatile characteristics of this pedal. From Min to Max, you go through a lot of sounds and color changes, sustain, and aggressiveness.

Tone- Controls the tone of the effect, which tints from the lowest and warmest tones, to the most screeching and glassy tones. Mixing with the DRIVE knob, you can obtain a wide variety of pleasing results.

POWER SUPPLY (sold separately):
This pedal can use a 9 Volt battery (Carbon Zinc will sound a little better than Alkaline), or a 9 Volt DC, center negative, 2.1mm power supply (just like most all other guitar pedals use). Power supplies higher than 9 volt DC can damage the pedal.
